Use your Recovery to install it!
You have to use Unoffical TWRP 3.1.2 Recovery to flash your device.
The file in the attachment is zipped and valid for the Recovery
Backup your data somewhere else first (sd-card, computer, etc) and copy it back to your device later.

What can i do if the LED notification is not blinking?
If some apps have the problem, you should try to fix it with an app like "Light Manager" from Google Play Store. Configure all colors to "green" otherwise the LED does nothing
